This is a full time position which includes some evening and weekend hours and requires the ability to work flexible hours when needed. Special Events Coordinator

Rockland Family Shelter is currently seeking a Special Events Coordinator. The Special Events Coordinator will support overall agency and fund development growth goals. This position is designed to oversee and facilitate the planning, organizing and executing of all special events, which include but are not limited to Award Dinner, Fashion Sale, Auction, 5K Race, etc. Reports to the Director of Development, but must collaborate with the Fundraising Administrator and work closely with Board of Directors and volunteers. The Special Events Coordinator will be required to attend committee meetings and events. Evening hours and some weekends required.
